Here's exactly how your BattlBox subscription works from the moment you sign up.

Your First Box Ships
Your first Mission ships within 2–3 business days. After that, you'll move to the regular monthly shipping schedule.

Monthly Renewal. The 15th
To avoid charges too close together, your next billing is set for the 15th of the following month. Need to upgrade or downgrade? Do it anytime before the 15th in your account settings.

Box Ships. The 4th through 9th
All monthly mission boxes ship between the 4th and 9th of each month (excluding weekends and holidays). If the 9th falls on a weekend or holiday, shipping extends to the next business day.

Did You Know?
You can upgrade or downgrade your BattlBox tier at any time before your renewal date. Log in to your account, click Edit under Your Subscriptions, and pick your level.

Everything you need to manage, modify, and get the most out of your BattlBox subscription.
First-time subscribers receive the Welcome Mission, which ships within 2–3 business days of your order. After that, you'll join the regular monthly shipping cycle (boxes ship between the 4th and 9th of each month).
To avoid charges too close together, your next billing is set for the 15th of the following month. The charge covers that month's Mission. This amount will not change unless you upgrade or downgrade your tier, or we notify you in advance.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time before your renewal date. Log in to your account at battlbox.com, click "EDIT/VIEW" under Your Subscriptions, and select your desired tier.
You can cancel anytime. Log into battlbox.com, click "EDIT/VIEW" under Your Subscriptions, click "Cancel Subscription" in the bottom right, and confirm. No phone calls, no runaround.
You'll need to create one to manage your subscription, access the BattlVault, and participate in BattlBucks. Head to battlbox.com/account/login to register or log in.
If you've reactivated an existing subscription, your next box will be the current upcoming Mission, not the Welcome Mission. You'll be back in the regular monthly cycle.
