VFX All-In-One Filter

Was out hiking with my wife and dog when we ran out of water. Shortly after, the dog started to overheat so we stopped at a lake along the trail and was able to rapidly filter several liters of water for the three of us. We would have been stuck a long time if all I had with me was my typical life straw. However, what I really appreciate an about this filter’s design is the modular set-up to bring in the raw water different ways depending on the context. Being able to filter through the bag or a bottle is super handy.

This water filter is certified by the World Health Organization down to 0.1 microns, for up to 500,000 liters of water and weighs just 7oz!!! Best part is you can connect it to many commercial water bottles or 2liter pop bottles, making it handy to use with commonly found items/trash if need be to gather water before cleaning. Also has a 3L durable, collapsible water vessel included, a handy mesh sack to keep it all together, and a syringe for backpriming and keeping your filter clean. Filters water at 1L/minute so very little waiting around. At around $50, this is a great value and everyone should have one at this value. Small enough to every day carry or put in a coat pocket.

This is definitely my new favorite all purpose family water filter. Easy to use, easy for my kids to use while we go camping, and very portable for any use. Great product and great idea for a box!
