Fox Knives Terzuola Original Gangster

Carry the folder that built the tactical knife category, a faithful Italian production run of Bob Terzuola's original 1986 ATCF design. The Original Gangster is aimed at collectors, EDC purists, and anyone who would rather have a piece of knife history riding in a pocket than sitting in a display case. It is the pattern nearly every modern tactical folder borrowed from, and it still earns its keep.

The 3.54-inch blade is ground from CPM MagnaCut, hardened to HRC 62-64 for edge retention and near total corrosion resistance, and runs 4.0 mm thick at the spine. A liner lock handles the lockup, a black G10 spacer sits between the scales, and Terzuola's thumb disk opens the blade ambidextrously with one hand. Choose coarse stone washed titanium or black bead blasted Micarta scales.

Jimping along the blade spine lines up with the finger guard when the knife is closed, so protection and a secure grip are there the moment it clears the pocket. At 8.66 inches open it balances just behind the pivot, and every version ships in a nylon sheath with a Terzuola patch. This is the classic form that shaped an entire industry, still "tried and true" four decades on.
