I bought the mystery box, the subscription and was to have the mask for free. Never got my primary box, only received the mystery box. Sent multiple messages, only got the tracking number but yet NOBODY on BattleBox side will do anything. They said they use a third party shipping and it's thru them that I have to go thru. Went to the Post Office, filed a complaint and here we are out of money, no products and a pending investigation. WHY? You would think they would take this more serious. My mail boxes are those kiosk types where everybodies mail is put in slots and obvioulsy "IF" if was mailed to me was placed in the wrong box but again BattleBox people did not care. They have my money and I have no products. DISAPPOINTED!!! I'm a 1st time subscriber! Bad experience so far!

The only thing you could do better is ship the box with a list of what is supposed to be included. I believe something was missing from my last box from you but have no way of knowing.
