Real Steel
Real Steel Huginn Prime - Green
$94.99
Description
Deploy it once and the price tag makes sense. The Huginn Prime is Real Steel's take on a do-everything folder, sized at 8.31 inches overall so it carries like an EDC knife but cuts like something larger. Ivan D. Braginets drew the lines, and the result is a knife that reads clean in the pocket and confident in the hand rather than shouting for attention.
The 3.66 inch blade is Nitro-V with a DLC finish, a stainless steel chosen for a genuinely good balance of edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance, which is the trio that actually matters on a knife that gets wet. At 3.0mm thick behind a drop point profile it has enough spine for hard tasks without turning into a pry bar. The crossbar lock and thumb stud combine into a "jaw-droppingly smooth" one-handed deployment that works the same with either hand.
Green G10 scales run 4.65 inches of handle, long enough for a full four-finger grip with room to choke up on the ricasso. G10 stays grippy wet, shrugs off solvents, and does not swell or check the way natural handle materials will. It is a folder built to be used hard and carried daily, not admired in a drawer.
