Spyderco ButtonUp Carbon Fiber

$95.00

Description

Deploy a folder that fidgets as good as it cuts with the Spyderco ButtonUp Carbon Fiber, Spyderco's first-ever manual button-lock knife. Designed by Eric Glesser for everyday carry, it pairs a high-strength button-lock mechanism with ball-bearing pivot washers to deliver one of the smoothest opening actions Spyderco has ever produced. Whether you are breaking down boxes at your desk or handling chores at camp, this is a blade built to earn a permanent spot in your pocket.

Cutting duties fall to a modified clip point blade ground from 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, finished with a full-flat grind for clean, efficient edge geometry. The blade rides in a lightweight, open-backed handle built from smooth carbon fiber and G-10 laminate scales, reinforced with nested stainless steel microliners around the pivot and lock. At just 2.1 ounces (60 g), it carries like it is barely there while still feeling "bulletproof" in hand.

Carry it your way with a reversible hourglass clip that supports left or right side, tip-up carry, anchored to a second set of microliners in the butt of the handle. A lined lanyard tube lets you add a fob or cord for quick access, while the button lock keeps opening and closing effortless and one-handed. Practical, smooth, and endlessly pocketable, the ButtonUp Carbon Fiber is a professional-grade EDC folder for anyone who values a refined everyday blade.
