When you’re planning your next trip, consider these things before risking not eating enough:Pack foods over 100 calories each. Some great examples? Nuts and dried meats. Dehydrated and powder meals can go a long way. Anything “just add water” will pack easily and will fill small spaces. Plus, they don’t add much extra weight to your food supply. Prioritize your items. Pack according to what you may need quickly or pack according to what you would eat first (i.e. breakfast on top, dinner on bottom.)
